SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
1. Program Description
Shawarma Shack operates an SMS messaging program that sends service-related messages, review requests, and customer support communications to individuals who have voluntarily opted in to receive SMS messages. Opt-in may occur through in-store QR codes, website forms available at https://shawarmashack.ca, or other approved digital consent methods. Messages may include review requests, service notifications, order or appointment updates, and responses to customer inquiries. Messages are sent only to users who have provided explicit consent.
2. Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Shawarma Shack. To rejoin the program, you must opt in again using the original method.
